Learn from Nature: Emmanuel Ikuoye

One thing bleeds my joy in this planet: man locking horns like rams with his kind—

this heinous crime too atrophied for pen or tongue.

The beautiful ones who can find?
What has befallen the race of man whose instincts are baser than fiercest beast?

Living all day like cat and rat now a norm, fanning the embers of hate, swelling ruins like yeast.

But nature doesn't war against her lovely fellow, no wonder there is calm in the meadow, rivers meandering their courses untrapped; birds defying immigration laws, leaving us capped

Let Adam's offspring attend the school of nature, our world will be like a sunset in autumn now and ever.
